Here's an in-depth look at all the products in the Mermaid Canonical Sea-Tox Drove! Equally I mentioned before (here), they had a promo going on and despite the sticker cost, all full-size items were on sale for just KD two/750 which was a total steal! I'll try to go over them in the aforementioned gild shown.

First of all, the idea of a Mermaid-themed Collection from Bath & Body Works (of all places) is everything! None of the products look nor smell nor feel too young (read: juvenile). Unlike the usual rainbow vomit take on mermaid-inspired collections (like Tarte Cosmetics for instance) which honestly is a full eyesore, Bath & Body Works did a really good job on the packaging! Everything is appropriately either seaweed-green or seafoam-dark-green or peachy-pink. I especially adore the Japanese Wave Print (which seems to resemble the Japanese Print called The Great Wave of Kanagawa)! Also, the mermaid on the packaging is so stinkin' cute (like something out of an one-time-school JRPG)!

Even the travel-size versions of these products (all the style at the bottom) have cute (if a fleck platitude) mermaid-related quips! I've actually picked up a purple summit from New Await (I wanna' say around 2-iii years ago) that says "Mermaid hair, don't intendance" and my sister-in-law recently got me a baby blue top that says "Mermaid in Training" (as a gift from i of her trips away with my brother) which proves that I'grand quite partial to mermaid-related paraphernalia to begin with.

The characteristic ingredient of the Sea-Tox Collection (sea-tox like detox, I see you, fam, I see you) is Seaweed and I am living for it! I've mentioned this before on my blog, but I'm obsessed with all things Seaweed, so a Mermaid Drove showcasing Seaweed equally the feature ingredient is deliciously advisable! Also, you can't very well accept a Mermaid Collection without including some Pilus Intendance products (And then. Much. Aye!) and the Body of water-Tox Collection non only has 1 but two of those, ane of them being a legit Sea Salt Pilus Spray (I die)! Lastly, I dear the fact that the directions include "Mermaid Tips" (which are effectively useless lol simply such a cute touch, simply the same)! Honestly, the entire Sea-Tox Drove was stupid cute!

The scent on all the products in the Body of water-Tox Drove was a pleasant, zesty, unisex (leaning more towards masculine) scent (which was extremely light and subtle, by the mode), that had underlying citrusy-dark-green notes (I almost wanna' say lemon leaf), kinda' like a Mojito (not-alcoholic, of course)! I'm pretty sure that I've smelled this particular odor before (possibly from the For Men range), but I just can't quite place it at the moment. In any case, it'due south perfect for Summers in Kuwait! Even though Bath & Body Works love making stuff up for their descriptions, I'll leave you with their official clarification.

Nope, I don't do Trunk Glitter. Just the thought of trying to wash off every speck of glitter off my trunk in the shower, makes me want to curl up into a fetal position and cry. Seeing as how I'm neither of those things, I had to laissez passer on getting it.

I'm yet working my fashion through my Cucumber All-Over Mist from the CocoaShea Drove (previously hauled hither) so I definitely didn't need some other full-size All-Over Mist and was actually more than smitten with the mini version (all the way at the bottom of this post) which looked oh-so-cute! However, due to everything being on auction for KD 2/750 I decided it would be more applied to go for the total size instead. It was between the Water Collection Confront & Trunk Mist (here) and the Sea-Tox Sea Mineral All-Over Mist for me, but I concluded up going with the latter, because I couldn't justify getting both. Also, as an added bonus, due to the packaging, the Sea-Tox Ocean Mineral All-Over Mist can totally double equally a Nautical Theme Decor Item!

The Moving ridge Print on the packaging on this affair is what I was referring to when I mentioned The Great Moving ridge of Kanagawa (here). Personally, I hate this type of packaging, because no affair where yous shop this stuff, the product housed inside always, always goes bad and starts to smell like play-dough. I noticed it pretty early on on (2013) and unfortunately many years later, the same issue still remains (2017). Information technology's not just Bathroom & Torso Works though, considering I've noticed the same problem with my beloved Cream Silk Conditioner (here) which utilizes the same packaging. I realized that whether you opened them upwardly and attempted to start using them up equally fast as possible or kept them unopened and stored in a dark and absurd place, they'd notwithstanding go bad pretty quickly, regardless.

That said, fifty-fifty though I admittedly hate this this particular type of packaging, I only had to purchase this stuff based on the Wave Print alone (logic)! It'southward such a shame about the packaging though, because out of all the different versions of Moisturizers at Bath & Body Works, this detail type is the most superior, by far (no greasiness, fast absorption, all-time texture, best results)! In fact, I was so impressed past this stuff that I even picked up the mini version. Then far, this stuff smells amaaaaaze!

I was so excited when I saw this! Some of the Bath & Body Works products are hit or miss, but for me personally their Hair Care stuff is always a win! I've merely used this stuff in one case so far, just I'm already obsessed! At first, I was a bit surprised because based on the proper noun, I was expecting some sort of foam to come up out of the bottle. Instead, I got a very bubble-y and liquid-y mess (the kind you usually get but equally you lot're about to run out of the production or when you lot don't shake the bottle properly beforehand). And so I shook the bottle for a flake and tried once more. Nonetheless the aforementioned outcome (I was starting to believe that I'd accidentally picked up an almost empty tester). I shook the container for a minute or and then until I was fully satisfied that everything housed inside had successfully merged together. Still the aforementioned issue. That'southward when I realized that this "foam" was actually more than of a liquid-y gel.

This stuff reminded me besides much of the GlamGlow YouthMud (review here) which I didn't exactly enjoy using. As well, I'm kinda' over paste-like Masks that come up in tubs (for the moment, at least). The fact that I accept to look (five whole minutes! Oh noes!) earlier I can rinse it off, for some reason makes me even less interested in this production than I already am. Actually not feeling this product, at all. That said, it would be fun to bust this out during "Daughter'due south Dark In" and apply this stuff to your faces, before breaking out the Lath Games (more than on Lath Games in an upcoming post) or vegging out in forepart of the tv or whatsoever. Personally, I prefer washing Masks like this off in the shower, equally opposed to making a mess at the bathroom sink, so it's a pass for me.

Confession time! I kinda' forgot to take a shut-up shot of this Seaweed Body Lotion and the Sea Mineral Body Wash (beneath) so I merely cropped them out of the first photo of this postal service. That's why they're and then small and blurry (whoops)! I kinda' wanted to purchase this stuff simply because I love all things Seaweed (as I've mentioned before on numerous occasions). However, since I was already getting the Seaweed Body Cream (in the faulty packaging, which meant I needed to finish information technology all upwards asap) in improver to several other Moisturizers from the H2o Collection (here), I had to skip this affair. Deal or no bargain, there was no style I was going to end up finishing any of the Moisturizers I'd purchased, if I got too many. That said, I totally would've purchased this Seaweed Torso Balm (soothing green tone and all), but despite its faulty packaging I but couldn't resist the really cool Wave Print on the Seaweed Trunk Cream! And then unfortunately, it was a pass for me on this stuff also.

Sea Mineral Torso Launder (Cleanse) retails for KD 5/750

When it comes to Body Launder and Shower Gels, more is more than! Yous tin never take also many, I always say. Regardless of how orange it might look in the photograph, the liquid is actually a light peach in real life. I liked the style this stuff smelled in-store, but when I used it during my shower, the olfactory property was over-powered by the scents of all my other shower products. Sea-Tox Bounding main Mineral Body Polish (Detox) retails for KD 6/500

I tin't resist a good Body Scrub or Body Smooth (exfoliating gives me life!), especially non one from Bath & Body Works. With apply, I've come up to discover that this Torso Polish is exactly the same equally the Jasmine & Green Apple Dirt Trunk Scrub (previously hauled here). The just differences are that stuff was white and was scented, whereas this stuff is a white-based light pink and has no discernible odor to information technology. Otherwise, texture-wise and performance-wise, they're finer the aforementioned. I've been rationing the Jasmine & Green Apple Clay Trunk Scrub and trying to get in last, considering I loved it and didn't know how much of the stuff I had left. This ane is going to live in my handbag (for those times when I've forgotten to moisturize, but was already out of the house).

I thought this was stupid beautiful, just refrained from getting it because I was going to get the full size instead (on account of the promo). Fifty-fifty in comparison to the other travel-size products, this thing was tiny (and then cute)! This would make a perfect on-the-become pick-me-up, especially in Kuwait'south merciless heat!
